Returns

- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Items must be in their original, sealed packaging with no signs of use.
- Prescription medicines and personal care products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs
