Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging with no signs of use.
  • Prescription medicines and personal care products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Process

  2. Our team will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
  3. After the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
